cameo magazine
is an intercultural magazineproject dealing with the topics 'arrival and arriving'. The cameo magazine wants to encourage an intercultural exchange. This magazine project was seen as a platform on which and to which every creative person could contribute. They could decide for themselves on the form of presentation and statement. By creating this open space, we wanted to encourage discussion and controversial exchange. My task was the conception, coordination and design of the magazine, as well as the consultation with each author to harmonize content and graphics. The goal was to build bridges through content and creative collaboration. People from over 20 different countries worked together and five different languages were printed in the magazine. Circulation: 10,000 pcs.

Part of the ideas, concept and development team of the Upgration platform. When people with different perspectives work together, great things happen - an upgrade through migration, Upgration! The expressions and topics on Upgration.de are as diverse as society itself. We publish articles about identity, home, migration, transculture, diversity and an open society. Our goal is always to illuminate a topic from as many perspectives as possible. Every year we focus on one topic in particular. Currently, this is LOVE. Upgration.de is a project of the Cameo Kollektiv.
Encounters between people with and without a history of flight.
People from Iraq, Iran, Syria, Tibet, Eritrea and Germany got involved in a workshop at a refugee shelter run by Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V. in Eschershausen/Lower Saxony, people from Iraq, Iran, Syria, Tibet, Eritrea and Germany got involved in intensive encounters with people who were initially strangers. In various exercises, they were invited to question their own prejudices and views and to adopt different perspectives. The interactive exhibition "Learning to see - I see myself through you" tells of their experiences through pictures, sound and video recordings. Visitors to the exhibition can meet these people and explore the question of how the integration of people from different backgrounds and cultures can succeed. They can question their own prejudices and views in the exhibition. The exhibition was developed jointly by Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V. and Cameo Kollektiv e.V. and realized with financial support from Aktion-Deutschland-Hilft e.V..
