People from Iraq, Iran, Syria, Tibet, Eritrea and Germany got involved in a workshop at a refugee shelter run by Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V. in Eschershausen/Lower Saxony, people from Iraq, Iran, Syria, Tibet, Eritrea and Germany got involved in intensive encounters with people who were initially strangers. In various exercises, they were invited to question their own prejudices and views and to adopt different perspectives. The interactive exhibition "Learning to see - I see myself through you" tells of their experiences through pictures, sound and video recordings. Visitors to the exhibition can meet these people and explore the question of how the integration of people from different backgrounds and cultures can succeed. They can question their own prejudices and views in the exhibition. The exhibition was developed jointly by Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V. and Cameo Kollektiv e.V. and realized with financial support from Aktion-Deutschland-Hilft e.V..
